Zavedení systému managementu BOZP ve společnosti Škoda Vagonka a.s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem na zavedení systému managementu dle normy ČSN ISO 45001 ve společnosti Škoda Vagonka, a.s. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy první část tvoří norma jako taková, její rozbor, význam a požadavky pro firmu k získání certifikace. Druhá část pojednává o již zavedeném systému bezpečné práce ve vybrané společnosti. Praktická část práce posoudí a vyhodnotí nebezpečí a rizika, která plynou při činnostech konaných ve výrobních střediscích firmy. Na základě tohoto vyhodnocení bude zpracován návrh na zavedení opatření na snížení rizik ve společnosti.

The diploma thesis deals with the proposal for the introduction of a management system according to the standard ČSN ISO 45001 in the company Škoda Vagonka, a.s. The theoretical part of the work is divided into two parts, where the first part consists of the standard as such, its analysis, meaning and requirements for the company to obtain certification. The second part deals with the already established system of safe work in the selected company. The practical part of the work assesses and evaluates the dangers and risks that arise in the activities held in the production centers of the company. Based on this evaluation, a proposal will be made to introduce measures to reduce risks in society.
