Komplexní připravenost BOZP pro výrobu ozubených kol

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením a návrhem systému BOZP ve vybrané společnosti, včetně zavedené dokumentace. Zaměřuje se také na zpracování a představení jednotlivých požadavků či dokumentů z hlediska BOZP, které musí být v případě každého nově nastupujícího zaměstnance do společnosti splněny. V úvodní části práce lze najít obecné požadavky, které jsou nutné pro pochopení řešené problematiky se znázorněným seznamem platných právních předpisů. Následuje představení společnosti. V praktické části jsou již popsány provedené kroky pro zavedení funkčního systému BOZP v posuzované společnosti a zpracovaná dokumentace, včetně podrobně vysvětlených požadavků pro každého nově nastupujícího zaměstnance do společnosti. Tyto požadavky jsou poté v poslední části práce shrnuty a představeny v jednotlivých krocích.

The thesis deals with the evaluation and design of the OSH system in a selected company, including the documentation in place. Text focuses on the elaboration and presentation of the individual requirements or documents in terms of OSH that must be fulfilled in the case of each new employee joining the company. Thus, in the introductory part of the thesis one can find the general requirements that are necessary to understand the issue addressed with a list of applicable legislation followed by an introduction of the company. In the practical part, the steps taken to implement a functional OSH system in the assessed company and the documentation prepared are already presented, including detailed requirements for the new employee joining the company. These requirements are then summarized and presented in individual steps in the last part of the thesis.
