Lidské faktory v odborné přípravě příslušníků HZS ČR

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou lidských faktorů u příslušníků HZS ČR a zkoumáním způsobu její implementace do metodiky odborné přípravy. Práce hasičů patří mezi nejrizikovější povolání, kde lidské selhání představuje neustálou hrozbu. V současnosti však v této profesi zcela chybí koncept odborné přípravy na poli lidských faktorů. Práce je členěna na teoretickou a metodickou část. V teoretické části dochází k rozboru tématiky lidských faktorů, s tím související psychohygieny a životosprávy. Dále se práce zaměřuje na psychologický aspekt hasičů, hodnotí se dosavadní stav zkoumané tématiky v přípravě příslušníků HZS ČR a pro inspiraci se porovnává a popisuje metodika lidských faktorů v letectví. Metodická část přichází se zhodnocením zjištěných poznatků, rozborem výpovědí respondentů a s návrhem aktuálních témat pro potencionální metodiku přípravy příslušníků.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of human factors in members of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and examines the method of its implementation in the methodology of training. The work of firefighters is one of the most risky professions, where human failure is a constant threat. At present, however, the concept of training in the field of human factors is completely missing in this profession. The work is divided into theoretical and methodological part. The theoretical part analyzes the issues of human factors, related psychohygiene and lifestyle. Furthermore, the work focuses on the psychological aspect of firefighters, evaluates the current state of this topic in the training of members of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and for inspiration compares and describes the methodology of human factors in aviation. The methodological part comes with an evaluation of the findings, an analysis of respondents' statements and a proposal of current topics for the potential methodology of firefighters' training.
