Finanční benchmarking ve společnosti ZOWADA GROUP a.s.

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je porovnání finančního zdraví podniku s konkurenčním podnikem a odvětvím stavebnictví. Cílem je doporučit návrhy na zlepšení finanční situace a vyhodnotit je. Práce je rozdělená do dvou části. První část obsahuje teoretické poznatky a věnuje se metodám finanční analýzy, cílům a výpočtům ukazatelů. Dále je charakterizován benchmarking, jeho zdroje a cíle. V druhé části jsou tyto teoretické poznatky použity a pomoci těchto metod je zjišťována úroveň podniku.

The topic of the diploma thesis is comparison of financial health of company ZOWADA GROUP a.s. with rival company and steel industry. The aim is to recommend and evaluate proposals for improving the financial situation. The thesis has two parts. The first part contains theoretical knowledge and describe methods of financial analysis, objectives and calculation of indicators. Benchmarking is characterized also. In the second part, the theoretical findings are applied in the practise. With the help of financial indicators is find out level of the company.
