Lepené hliníkové sendviče v automotive

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá lepenými hliníkovými sendviči v automobilovém průmyslu. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení sendvičů, od základních pojmů, složení sendvičových konstrukcí, potahů a jader, až po lepidla, předúpravy materiálu a zkoušky sendvičů. V praktické části jsou popsány vzorky sendvičů s odlišnými jádry, které byly podrobeny zkoušce tříbodovým ohybem, a následně z toho byly vytvořeny grafy, kde vzorky mezi sebou byly porovnány, a byl vytvořen závěr.

This bachelor thesis deals with glued aluminum sandwiches in the automotive industry. The theoretical part contains a explanation of sandwiches, from basic concepts, composition of sandwich structures, coatings and cores, to adhesives, material pretreatments and sandwich tests. The practical part describes samples of sandwiches with different cores, which were subjected to a three-point bending test, and then graphs were created, where the samples were compared, and a conclusion was created.
