Implementace modulu skladového hospodářství v podnikovém informačním systému

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na implementaci skladového hospodářství ERP systému. V teoretické časti je diplomová práce zaměřena na uvedení společně s představením správy skladového hospodářství a funkci podnikových informačních systémů a poukázat na kroky k výběru a zavedení ERP systému ve společnosti. Cílem této diplomové práce v praktické části je analýza logistických problému používáním dvou ERP systému ve dvou výrobních lokací stejné společnosti. Hlavním cílem je definovat požadavky na nový informační systém a jeho modul skladového hospodářství, navrhnout a uskutečnit postup implementace modulu skladového hospodářství. Po implementace modulu skladového hospodářství vyhodnotit přínosy pro užití ve společnosti.

The diploma thesis is focused on the implementation materials management of the ERP system. In the theoretical part, the diploma thesis is focused on the introduction of the warehouse management and the function of enterprise information systems and point out the steps to select and introduce the ERP system in the company. The aim of this diploma thesis in the practical part is to analyze logistics problem by using two ERP system in two production locations of the same company. The main goal is to define the requirements for materials management module of new information system, design and implement procedure of materials management . After implementing the materials management module, evaluate the benefits for use in the company.
