Řešení stropních konstrukcí budovy bytového domu

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je vypracování technologického postupu provádění stropních konstrukcí bytového domu. Jedná se o třípodlažní podsklepenou budovu s celkem devíti bytovými jednotkami. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. Celá stavba je provedena v systému Porotherm. Práce dále obsahuje průvodní zprávu, technickou zprávu architektonicko-stavebního řešení, položkový rozpočet, časový plán realizace stropních konstrukcí, tepelně technické posouzení stropní konstrukce mezi vytápěným a nevytápěným prostorem a výkresovou dokumentaci.

The subject of my bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the technological procedure for the implementation of the ceiling structures of an apartment building. It is a three-storey basement building with a total of nine residential units. The building is covered with a single-skin flat roof. The entire construction is done in the Porotherm system. The work also contains an accompanying report, technical report of the architectural and construction solution, item budget, time schedule for the implementation of ceiling structures, thermal technical assessment of the ceiling structure between heated and unheated space and drawing documentation.
