Abstract

ŠKULTÉTYOVÁ D.: Átriový dom pre dve rodiny v Dobrej: Bakalárska práca. Ostrava, VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra architektúry, 2022, počet strán 69, vedúci bakalárskej práce: Ing. arch. Jiří Hořínek Predmetom bakalárskej práce je spracovanie projektovej dokumentácie pre realizáciu stavby átriového domu pre dve rodiny v Dobrej pri Frýdku-Místku. Návrh tejto práce nadväzuje na architektonickú štúdiu, ktorá bola riešená v predmete Ateliérová tvorba I. a ďalej na spracovanú dokumentáciu pre stavebné povolenie v predmete Ateliérová tvorba Va. Jedná sa o novostavbu átriového domu, ktorý je navrhnutý pre dve štvorčlenné rodiny. Objekt je navrhnutý ako dvojdom s vegetačnou strechou, ktorý má uprostred átria. Átria poskytujú chránený priestor pre obyvateľov a sú zároveň aj benefitom prebývania v exteriéri – kúsok vlastného neba nad hlavou. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na textovú a výkresovú časť. Textová časť popisuje architektonický návrh a stavebno-technické riešenie objektu. Výkresová časť obsahuje projektovú dokumentáciu so špecializáciou na architektúru.

Jiří Hořínek The subject of this bachelor thesis is the processing of the project documentation for realization of the construction of the atrium house for two families in Dobra at Frýdek-Místek. The design of the thesis follows up to the architectural study created in the subject Architecture Design Studio I. and further to the processed documentation for the building permission in the subject Architecture Design Studio Va. It is a newly built Atrium House, which is designed for a two families of four members. The building is designed as a semi-detached house with a green roof, which has an atrium in the middle. The atriums provide a protected space for the inhabitants and are also the benefit of living outdoors - a piece of their own heaven above their heads. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and drawing part. The theoretical part describes the architectural design and the technical solution for construction. The drawing part contains the project documentation with specialization in architecture.
