Návrh alternativního pohonu uzavřeného měřícího okruhu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem alternativního pohonu pro uzavřený měřící okruh. Zařízení bude používáno pro kontrolu ozubených kol. V první části práce jsou uvedeny rozdíly mezi jednotlivými měřícími okruhy a jejich popis. Práce se dále zabývá možnými variantami řešení. V další části jsou kontrolovány navržené součásti, které jsou nejvíce zatíženy. Nově navržená hřídel je kontrolována pomocí MKP. Na konci je zkontrolována celá smontovatelnost nově navržených částí. Závěrem práce je zhodnocení této práce.

The bachelor thesis deals with design of an alternative drive for a closed measuring circuit. Device will be used for checking of gears. In the first part there are specified differences between each measuring circuits and their description. The work deals with possible variety of solutions. In the following chapter, mostly loaded designed parts were checked. Newly designed shaft has been checked by FEM. Assemblyability of constructed parts was verified at the end of the thesis. The very last part of the bachelor thesis is evaluation of the work.
