Konstrukce pro polohováni trubek na rolnách

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem polohovacího zařízení, které natáčí trubky o velkých průměrech a délce, v tomto případě se jedná o tři metry dlouhou trubku s průměrem jeden a půl metru o šířce dvacet milimetrů. Úvod se věnuje uložení trubky na rolnách a problematika spojená s tím. V další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na postup návrh a jejich výpočtů. Pro zjištění výdrže rolny je využit software MKP (Metoda konečných prvků).

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a positioning device that rotates pipes with large diameters and lengths, in this case it is a three-meter-long pipe with a diameter of one and a half meters with a width of twenty millimeters. The introduction deals with the laying of pipes on rolls and the issues associated with it. The next chapters focus on the design process and their calculations. FEM (Finite Element Method) software is used to determine the endurance of the role.
