Návrh vibračního třídiče

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem vibračního třídiče primárně určeného pro kamenivo. Cílem práce je navržení všech částí třídiče včetně výkresu sestavení. V úvodu je popsána podstata třídění včetně popsání jeho jednotlivých technologií. Také jsou definovány všechny tříditelné materiály a popsána cesta od těžby až k samotnému třídění. Zařízení jako celek je rozebráno do několika podskupin, kde každá tato část je zvlášť navržena. Taktéž je popsán princip třídění vlastního vibračního třídiče. V závěru jsou shrnuty nedostatky třídiče včetně návrhů pro eliminaci těchto nedostatků.

The master thesis deals with the design of a vibrating screen primarily for aggregates. The aim of the work is to design all parts of the sorter, including the assembly drawing. The introduction describes the basics of sorting, including a description of individual sorting technologies. All sortable materials are also defined and the path from mining to sorting is described. The device itself is divided into several subgroups where each of these parts is designed separately. The principle of sorting the vibrating screen itself is also described. In the end, the shortcomings of the sorter are summarized, including ideas for eliminating these shortcomings.
