Náhrada kulového uložení područky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem aretovatelného mechanismu područky multifunkčního křesla, které je cenově výhodnější, než původní kulový mechanismus. V úvodu práce, jsou uvedeny typy křesel, a použití kulového mechanismu u nich. Následuje popis původně používaného mechanismu. Na základě požadované nosnosti zaaretované područky, je navrženo řešení. Pro toto řešení jsou provedeny pevnostní kontroly jednotlivých částí. V závěru je provedena cenová kalkulace předloženého řešení.

The thesis deals with the design of a lockable mechanism for the armrest of a multifunctional chair, which is a more cost-effective, then the original spherical mechanism. In the introduction, are the types of chairs, and the use of a ball mechanism in them. The following is a description of the mechanism originally used. Based on the required load capacity of the locked armrest, a solution is proposed. For this solution, strength checks of individual parts are performed. In the end, the price calculation of the presented solution is performed.
