Studium nátěrových systémů na bázi polyurey

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem nátěrových systémů na bázi polyurey. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní ochranné povlaky, polymerní materiály pro složité aplikace a nátěrové systémy na bázi polyurey. V praktické části je popsán konkrétní druh nátěrového systému polyurea a základní materiál. Experimentální část zahrnuje předúpravu povrchu, drsnost před nanesením nátěrového systému a samotné nanesení nátěru. Následuje popis jednotlivých zkoušek povlaku a jejich vyhodnocení.

The diploma thesis deals with the study of coating systems based on polyurea. The theoretical part describes the basic protective coatings, polymeric materials for complex applications and coating systems based on polyurea. The practical part describes the specific type of polyurea coating system and the base material. The experimental part includes surface pre-treatment, roughness before application of the coating system and application of the coating itself. The following is a description of the individual coating tests and their evaluation.
