Analýza procesu řízení zakázek

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou procesu řízení zakázek ve společnosti Excalibur Army a návrhem zlepšení tohoto procesu. Úvod bakalářské práce je zaměřen na teoretická východiska procesu řízení zakázek, dále je důkladně představena společnost Excalibur Army spol. s r.o. a struktura firemních procesů. Poté je zanalyzována vybraná typová obchodní zakázka a následně představen návrh optimalizace procesu řízení zakázek.

The bachelor thesis follows up the analysis of the order management process in the company Excalibur Army spol. s r.o. and a proposal to improve this process. The induction of the bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical basis of the order management process, then on the company Excalibur Army spol. s r.o. and the structure of business processes. Next section is about a selected type of business order is analyzed and a last part of this work is about a proposal for optimizing the order management proces is presented.
