Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací chytrých technologií pro řízení malých a středních podniků. Na začátku je obecná charakteristika řešení problematiky a přestavení firmy Storyous. Následuje analýza současného stavu podniku, proces implementace produktů zákazníkovi a v neposlední řadě jsou vytvořeny návody k použití webové administrace a aplikace Storyous POS. Pomocí analýz byly zjištěny nedostatky v rozdělení segmentu zákazníků, které byly doplněny o správné segmenty. Po objasnění segmentů se došlo k závěru, vytvořit novou verzi Storyous Mini. Na základě získaných informací z dotazníků byla navržena verze systému pro retail provozovny. V závěru práce je provedeno shrnutí a zhodnocení práce s ohledem na její praktický přínos.

The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of smart technologies for the management of small and medium-sized enterprises. At the beginning there is a general description of the solution of the problem and the transformation of the company Storyous. The following is an analysis of the current state of the company, the process of implementing products to the customer and finally, instructions for using the web administration and the Storyous POS application are created. The analyses revealed shortcomings in the division of the customer segment, which were supplemented by the correct segments. After clarifying the segments, it was concluded to create a new version of Storyous Mini. Based on the information obtained from the questionnaire, a version of the system for retail establishments was designed. At the end of the work is a summary and evaluation of the work regarding its practical benefits.
