V úvodu se dozvíme důležité pojmy z personalistiky a získáme základní povědomí o řešeném problému. Seznámíme se s charakteristikou firmy a jejími nedostatky v personální oblasti. Provedu analýzu trhu práce, SWOT analýzu oblasti personálního zabezpečení firmy a analýzu spokojenosti zaměstnanců. Z výsledků těchto analýz navrhnu vhodná řešení k posílení personálního zabezpečení. | cs |

In the introduction, we learn important human resources concepts and gain a basic understanding of the problem. We get acquainted with the characteristics of the company and shortcomings in the company's human resources. I perform an analysis of the labour market, a SWOT analysis of the company's recruitment strategy and an analysis of employee satisfaction. Based on the results of these analyzes, I will propose suitable solutions to strengthen staffing. | en |
