Geometrický plán pro změnu obvodu budovy v k. ú. Kostelecké Horky

Abstract

V první ze dvou hlavních částí práce je nejprve popsána veškerá legislativa spojená s problematikou tvorby těchto závazných dokumentů, dále je zde probrána katastrální mapa a její platné formy, poté i vysvětleny účely a podrobně popsány části geometrických plánů a s nimi souvisejících záznamů podrobného měření změn. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na samotný postup příprav a realizaci měření a tvorby výsledné dokumentace která slouží jako podklad pro legalizaci přístavku dotčené nemovitosti. Vzniklý geometrický plán a kompletní dokumentace spojená se záznamem podrobného měření změn jsou přílohami této práce.

The first of the two main parts of the thesis first describes all legislation related to the creation of these binding documents, then discusses the cadastral map and its valid forms, then explains the purposes and describes in detail parts of geometric plans and related records of detailed measurement of changes. The second part of the work is focused on the process of preparation and implementation of measurement and creation of the resulting documentation which serves as a basis for legalization of the affected property. The resulting geometric plan and complete documentation associated with the record of detailed measurement of changes are attachments of this work.
