Vývoj trhu se stavebními surovinami za sledované období a jeho prognóza

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku trhu se stavebními surovinami, vývojem tohoto trhu, jeho ovlivňujícími faktory a prognózou do budoucích let. Trh se stavebními surovinami je úzce spjatý se stavebnictvím, proto práce bude reflektovat vlivy a vývoj i na tento obor. Cílem práce je analýza a zhodnocení vývoje v období roku 2008 – 2019, stanovení nejvýraznějších faktorů, prognóza vývoje dalších let a vlivu právě probíhajících událostí. Lze předpokládat, že trh se stavebními surovinami a stavebnictví reaguje velmi citlivě na změny politické, makroekonomické a obecně nahodilé. Na základě vyhodnocení a získaných dat bude tento předpoklad ověřen či vyvrácen.

This diploma thesis is focused on raw material market problems, its development, influencing factors and its future development prognosis. The raw material market is closely connected with a building industry, therefore this thesis will reflect influences and development even in this industry. The goal of the diploma thesis is the analysis and the evaluation in years 2008 – 2019, the determination of the most substantial factors, the prognosis of the future development and the influence of current ongoing events. It can be expected that the raw material market and the building industry react very sensitively to political, macroeconomic and random general changes. This assumption will be verified or disproved in terms of evaluation and gained numbers.
