Bezpečnostní dopady hospodářských cyklů na změnu společnosti od liberální k extrémistické

Abstract

Hospodářství a jeho výkyvy se přímo či nepřímo promítají do nastavení společnosti. Pokud velká část společnosti začne chudnut, odrazí se rozpoložení společnosti při volbách. Práce popisuje vznik a fungování naší evropské společnosti postavené na ideologickém chápání světa. Na základě historické rešerše rozebírá dopady hospodářské krize na vzestup krajně radikálních stran a rozvádí teorii hospodářských cyklů jako předpoklad opakovatelnosti vzestupu krajně radikálních stran na základě této teorie. V druhé části práce sleduje vývoj voleb v porovnání s hospodářským stavem sledovaných států, a to konkrétně tří států bývalého západního bloku, čtyř států bývalého východního bloku a státu s neutrálním statusem. V rámci volebních výsledků v kompilaci s hospodářstvím daného regionu sleduje vzestupy a pády krajně radikálních stran, celkovou radikalizaci daného regionu v čase a příklon k pravému nebo levému ideologickému spektru na základě hospodářské situace. Celý tento vývoj je pak závěrem shrnut a rozebrán v návaznosti na prediktivní vývoj chování společnosti, který se může odrazit v bezpečnostní politice daného státu.

If a large part of the society starts to become poor, the mood of the society will be reflected in the elections. The thesis describes the origin and functioning of our European society built on an ideological understanding of the world. On the basis of historical research, he analyzes the effects of the economic crisis on the rise of extreme radical parties and elaborates the theory of business cycles as an assumption of the repeatability of the rise of extreme radical parties based on this theory. In the second part of the thesis, the development of the elections is followed in comparison with the economic status of the observed states, namely three states of the former Western bloc, four states of the former Eastern bloc and a state with a neutral status. Within the framework of election results in compilation with the economy of the given region, it tracks the rise and fall of extreme radical parties, the overall radicalization of the given region over time and leaning towards the right or left ideological spectrum based on the economic situation. All this development is then summarized and analyzed in the conclusion in connection with the predictive development of society's behavior, which can be reflected in the security policy of the given state.
