Možnosti využití sociálních sítí pro informování obyvatelstva

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice možností využití sociálních sítí pro informování obyvatelstva za mimořádných a krizových situací. Teoretická část se primárně zabývá vysvětlením pojmů používaných v této práci, historii sociálních sítí, jejich rozdělením a přehledem nejvíce používaných sítí u nás a ve světě. V praktické části jsou zhodnocené nejužitečnější sociální sítě pro informování obyvatelstva z pohledu jejich využití jako zdroje informací a implementace mediální strategie za účelem stanovených cílů. V neposlední řadě byl proveden sociologický průzkum, kterého se zúčastnilo 854 respondentů. Průzkum se zabývá výzkumnou otázkou míry povědomí veřejnosti o možnostech informování obyvatelstva přes sociální sítě, kde hlavním cílem je vyhodnotit efektivnost a účinnost při mimořádné nebo krizové situaci.

This diploma thesis is focused on possibilities of using social networks to inform the population in emergency and crisis situations. The theoretical part primarily deals with the explanation of the terms which are used in this work, history of social networks, their distribution and an overview of the most used networks in our country and in the world. Practical part compares the most useful social networks for informing the population in terms of their use as a source of information and implementation of media strategy for the purposes of the objectives. This part of thesis contains a sociological survey, which was attended by 854 respondents. The survey addresses the research of public level awareness of the possibilities in informing the population through social networks, where the main goal is to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency in an emergency or crisis situation.
