Zabezpečení obce Žlutava zdroji požární vody

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá zdroji vody k hašení požárů tzn. požárními hydranty a požární nádrží v katastrálním území obce Žlutava. V první části je popsána charakteristika obce Žlutava z hlediska zástavby obce, občanské vybavenosti, samosprávy obce, dopravní a technické infrastruktury. V další části jsou popsány stávající zdroje, vytipovány nové, prověřeny jejich parametry a zhodnocen jejich aktuální stav. V rámci měření byla prověřena vydatnost, hydrodynamický a hydrostatický tlak požárních hydrantů. Naměřené výsledky byly porovnány s normovými hodnotami a vyhodnoceny. Bakalářská práce navrhuje kontrolní mechanismy zdrojů vody k hašení požárů, a také změny, které by měla provést místní samospráva. Její data poslouží mimo jiné také k aktualizaci obecně závazné vyhlášky požárního řádu obce.

This thesis focuses on the sources of water for fire fighting, i.e. fire hydrants and fire water tanks in the cadastral area of Žlutava municipality. In the first part of the thesis, the characteristics of Žlutava municipality are described in terms of its built-up area, civic amenities, municipal government, transport, and technical infrastructure. The following part describes already existing sources, identifies new ones, examines their parameters and assesses their current condition. The measurements include the capacity, hydrodynamic and hydrostatic pressure of fire hydrants. The measured results are compared with standard values and evaluated. The Bachelor's thesis proposes control mechanisms of water sources for fire fighting, as well as changes that should be made by the local government. Its data will be used to update the general binding rules of the municipality's fire code.
