Evakuační postupy objektu určeného pro bydlení a ubytování

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou evakuační postupy objektu určeného pro bydlení a ubytování. V první části práce je popsána problematika evakuace. Je zde uveden rozdíl mezi evakuací a záchranou, popis evakuace z pohledu požární ochrany a ochrany obyvatelstva, dělení evakuace, doby evakuace a krátký popis evakuace objektů určených pro bydlení a ubytování. Další část je zaměřena na popis dvou vybraných objektů kolejí Vysoké školy báňské – Technické univerzity Ostrava. Následuje podrobný popis únikových cest těchto zvolených objektů a nastaveného systému evakuace u dvou vybraných budov, je uveden počet ubytovaných osob v těchto budovách a poté je proveden výpočet doby evakuace dvěma rozdílnými způsoby. Poslední část práce popisuje cvičné požární poplachy, které byly provedeny ve dvou vybraných objektech kolejí Vysoké školy báňské – Technické univerzity Ostrava, včetně zhodnocení výsledků tohoto cvičení.

The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the evacuation procedures of the residental building and building used for accommodation. The first part of the thesis describes the evacuation process. The difference between evacuation and rescue, a description of evacuation from the point of view of fire protection and public protection, the division of evacuation, evacuation times and a short description of the evacuation of buildings intended for housing and accommodation are presented. The next part focuses on the description of two selected buildings of the dormitories of the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. This is followed by a detailed description of the escape routes of these selected buildings and the evacuation system set up for the two selected buildings, the number of accommodated people in these buildings and then the calculation of the evacuation time in two different ways. The last part of the thesis describes the fire alarm drills that were carried out in two selected buildings of the dormitories of the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, including the evaluation of the results of this drill.
