| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím on-line nástrojů pro zvýšení efektivity školení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Teoretická část se zaobírá problematikou vzdělávání dospělých, vymezením pojmů BOZP a školení bezpečnosti práce. Je zde srovnána běžná forma školení se školením s využitím on-line nástrojů, jejich silné i slabé stránky. Praktická část se věnuje návrhu a následné implementaci bezpečnostního školení využívajícího on-line nástroje. | cs |
