Příčiny a prevence služebních úrazů v operačním a organizačním řízení příslušníků HZS MSK.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zmapování služebních úrazů u příslušníků Hasičského záchranného sboru Moravskoslezského kraje v rozmezí let 2018 – 2022, s rozlišením na úrazy v operačním a organizačním řízení. Součást této práce tvoří rozdělení pracovních úrazů dle závažnosti zranění a dle mechanismu vzniku. Nadále se v této práci zaměřuji na příčiny a zdroje úrazů, druhy zranění, zraněné části těla, činnosti, při kterých k úrazu došlo spolu s průměrnou délkou služebního úrazu. Tato práce se také zabývá evidencí úrazů, jejíž součástí je kniha úrazů a záznam o úrazu. V návaznosti na evidenci služebních úrazů je v této bakalářské práci taktéž řešena problematika chybovosti v záznamu o úrazu spolu s navržením opatření na snížení dané chybovosti. Součástí bakalářské práce je kapitola týkající se zajištění akceschopnosti směny a vynaložené finanční prostředky. V závěru bakalářské jsou uvedeny návrhy opatření pro snížení úrazovosti.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the service injuries of the members of the Fire Rescue Service of the Moravian-Silesian Region in the period 2018 - 2022, with a distinction between injuries in operational and organizational management. This work includes categorisation occupational injuries according to the severity of the injury and the mechanism of injury. Further, this thesis focuses on the causes and sources of injuries, types of injuries, body parts injured, activities in which the injury occurred along with the average length of service injury. This thesis also deals with the recording of occupational injuries, which includes the injury book and the injury record. In relation to the recording of service injuries, this bachelor thesis also addresses the issue of error rate in the injury record along with the proposal of measures to reduce the error rate. The bachelor thesis includes a chapter on ensuring the availability of the shift and the funds spent. The bachelor thesis concludes with suggestions for measures to reduce the accident rate.
