Dělnická kolonie – bydlení pro všechny

Abstract

Předmětem řešení v diplomové práci je území dělnické kolonie Zimný důl na katastru města Orlová. Cílem diplomové práce je využití dělnické kolonie jako prostoru pro bydlení napříč generacemi a socioekonomickými skupinami s využitím potenciálu rodinného venkovského života ve městě. Předmětem práce je navrhnout možnosti přestavby stávajících rodinných domů a oplňující novostavby v původní urbánní struktuře.

The subject of the solution in the Master thesis is the territory of the workers’ colony ‘Zimný důl’ in the cadastral territory of the town of Orlová. The aim of the Master thesis is to use the workers’ colony as a space for living across generations and socio-economic groups, using the potential of rural family life in the city. It deals with the possibility of reconstruction of existing family houses and the design of new buildings in the existing urban structure.
