Abstract

Hořák O.: Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace Hotelu u sportovního areálu ve stupni prováděcí dokumentace dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. ve znění novely č. 405/2017 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb [1]. Jedná se o třípodlažní, nepodsklepenou budovu, která je zakončena jednoplášťovou zelenou střechou. Součástí diplomové práce je tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí a štítek obálky budovy dle ČSN 730540-2 (2011) [2]a statický návrh a posouzení schodnice dřevěného schodiště.

Hořák O.:The aim of this thesis is to develop the project documentation of the Hotel near the sports complex at the level of implementation documentation according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 405/2017 Coll [1]. about construction documentation. It is a three-story, non-basement building, which is finished with a single-skinned green roof. Part of the diploma thesis is a thermal technical assessment of the perimeter constructions and building envelope label according to ČSN 730540-2 [2] and a static design and assessment of the bearning stringer of a wooden staircase.
