Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování stavební části projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby bytového domu v Šenově u Ostravy. Jedná se o objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. Bytový dům má celkem 11 bytových jednotek a prodejnu se skladovacím prostorem. Součástí této diplomové práce je technická zpráva, výkresová část projektové dokumentace zadaného objektu a rovněž tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí stavby, energetický štítek obálky budovy a statický výpočet konstrukce schodišťového ramene bytového domu. Zhotovená projektová dokumentace obsahuje výkresovou část a technickou zprávu dle rozsahu zadání a dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. ve znění novely č. 62/2013 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb. [1] Součástí této diplomové práce je i tepelně technické posouzení obvodových konstrukcí, energetický štítek obálky budovy dle ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [19] a statický výpočet železobetonového schodiště s výkresem navržené výztuže.

The aim of the thesis is to develop the construction part of the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Šenov near Ostrava. It is a building with four above-ground floors. The apartment building has a total of 11 residential units and a shop with storage space. Part of this thesis is a technical report, the drawing part of the project documentation of the assigned building, as well as a thermal technical assessment of the building's perimeter structures, an energy label for the building envelope and a static calculation of the structure of the staircase arm of the apartment building. The completed project documentation contains a drawing part and a technical report according to the scope of the assignment and according to decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by amendment No. 62/2013 Coll. on construction documentation. [1] This diploma thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of perimeter structures, an energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [19] and a static calculation of a reinforced concrete staircase with a drawing of the proposed reinforcement.
