Manipulační ruka výměníku nástrojů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem manipulační ruky výměníku nástrojů pro automatickou výměnu nástrojů pro CNC řízené obráběcí stroje. V první části práce je zpracována krátká rešerše na téma automatické výměny nástrojů, uvedeny různé konstrukční řešení manipulačních rukou výměníků nástrojů a je popsán obecný princip fungování manipulačních rukou výměníků nástrojů. Druhá část práce se zabývá samotným návrhem manipulační ruky výměníku nástrojů. V úvodu druhé části je popsáno konstrukční řešení navrhované manipulační ruky a jsou určeny důležité uzly. Důležité uzly navrhované manipulační ruky jsou dále rozvedeny do potřebných detailů a na závěr je uveden podrobný popis funkce navrhované manipulační ruky výměníku nástrojů. Vybrané součásti manipulační ruky jsou zpracovány ve výkresové dokumentaci v příloze bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a tool changer handling arm for automatic tool changing for CNC controlled machines. The first part of the thesis includes a short research on the topic of automatic tool changing, various design solutions of tool changer manipulator arms and the description of general principle of operation of tool changer manipulator arms. The second part of the thesis deals with the actual design of the tool changer handling arm. In the introduction of the second part, the design of the proposed manipulator arm is described and the important nodes are identified. The important nodes of the proposed manipulator arm are further elaborated in necessary details and finally a detailed description of the function of the proposed tool changer manipulator arm is given. The selected components of the handling arm are elaborated in the drawings in the appendix of the bachelor thesis.
