Charakteristika nekruhového hydraulického prvku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením charakteristiky hydraulického prvku nekruhového průřezu, v tomto případě konvergentní divergentní dýzy obdélníkového průřezu s ostrou hranou. V úvodu je popsána teorie proudění, hydraulické ztráty, tvorba a účinky kavitace a zpracování chyb. Na základě získaných poznatků bylo provedeno měření hydraulických veličin na konvergentní divergentní dýze obdélníkového průřezu s ostrou hranou. Výsledky byly zpracovány ve formě grafů, především p-Q (tlak-průtok) charakteristika měřeného prvku, závislost ztrátového součinitele na Re čísle a vyhodnocení kavitačního parametru. Ztrátový součinitel je porovnán s údaji v literatuře.

The bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of the characteristics of a non-circular hydraulic element, in this case a rectangular nozzle with a sharp edge. In the introduction, the theory of flow, hydraulic losses, cavitation generation and effects and error treatment are described. Based on the knowledge gained, measurements were made on a rectangular nozzle with a sharp edge and the results were compiled into a bachelor thesis where the measurement circuit is also described. The result was an evaluation of the characteristics of the element and a comparison with the literature.
