Návrhy na zlepšení v oblasti skladování

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zlepšení v oblasti skladování materiálu v podniku. Cílem práce je navržení variant, které usnadní proces příjmu a výdeje materiálu. V práci je obsažena teoretická část, která se zabývá základními pojmy, s kterými se můžeme setkat v praktické části. V praktické části se nachází analýza současného stavu firmy, a to konkrétně z hlediska skladování a skladových prostor. Jedná se o zjištění nedostatků, která jsou nutným předpokladem pro vypracování návrhů, které přinesou firmě nový pohled na zlepšení tohoto důležitého procesu. Součástí zpracování byl návrh na pořízení čteček čárových kódů, které byly vybrány pomocí vícekriteriálního rozhodování.

The bachelor thesis focuses on improvements in the area of material storage in the company. The aim of the thesis is to propose options that will facilitate the process of receiving and dispensing material. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic concepts that can be encountered in the practical part. In the practical part, there is an analysis of the current state of the company, specifically in terms of storage and warehousing. It is about identifying the shortcomings that are a prerequisite for developing proposals that will bring the company a new perspective on improving this important process. The work included a proposal for the acquisition of barcode scanners, which were selected using multi-criteria decision making.
