Vybrané problémy uhelných zásob české části hornoslezské pánve

Abstract

Doktorská disertační práce se zabývá problematikou uhelných zásob netěžených ložisek české části hornoslezské pánve, které byly považovány za rezervu pro další rozvoj těžby. Tato ložiska byla v minulosti předmětem různě intenzivního průzkumu vrty z povrchu, který byl zakončen a zhodnocen výpočtem zásob podle podmínek využitelnosti zásob platných v dané době. Kritéria těchto podmínek však byla pro různá ložiska různá. Za těchto podmínek je vzájemné srovnávání ložisek problematické. Ještě problematičtější je ovšem využití těchto dat (ale i informací a dalších výsledků těchto výpočtů) pro oceňování perspektivnosti jednotlivých netěžených ložisek v současnosti, protože většina netěžených ložisek byla vyhodnocena podle kritérií využitelnosti zásob platných v podmínkách centrálně řízené ekonomiky, kdy ceny neodpovídaly reálným podmínkám na trhu, černouhelné hornictví bylo objektem dotační politiky a plánování bylo řízeno státní plánovací komisí. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, nakolik jsou zásoby těchto netěžených ložisek použitelné pro přípravu investičních záměrů v současnosti, jelikož jejich geologický průzkum a výpočty zásob byly realizovány v období centrálně řízené ekonomiky. Na základě analýzy byla vybrána dvě netěžená ložiska: Dětmarovice a Příbor - Východ. Na ložisku Dětmarovice jsou zásoby uhelných slojí karvinského souvrství, na ložisku Příbor - východ jsou zásoby uhelných slojí ostravského souvrství. Souběžně byly připraveny pracovní podmínky využitelnosti zásob, které odpovídaly současným báňsko-technicko-ekonomickým podmínkám (současného) uhelného hornictví v české části hornoslezské pánve. Zásoby obou ložisek byly podle těchto pracovních podmínek přepočteny. Nové zásoby byly porovnány se zásobami vycházejícími ze starších přepočtů. Na základě analýz bylo zjištěno, že bez přepočtů podle aktualizovaných podmínek využitelnosti nelze využít původní stavy zásob netěžených ložisek k aktuálním investičním analýzám.

The doctoral dissertation deals with the issue of coal reserves of unmined deposits in the Czech part of the Upper Silesian basin, which were considered as a reserve for further mining development. In the past, these deposits were the subject of variously intensive exploration of the borehole from the surface, which was concluded and evaluated by the calculation of reserves according to the conditions of the availability of reserves valid at the given time. However, the criteria for these conditions were different for different deposits. Under these conditions, mutual comparison of deposits is problematic. However, it is even more problematic to use these reserves for evaluating the prospects of individual unmined deposits at the present time, because most unmined deposits were evaluated according to the criteria of the availability of reserves valid in the conditions of a centrally controlled economy, when prices did not correspond to real market conditions, black coal mining was the object of a subsidy policy and planning was governed by the State Planning Commission. The target of the work was to find out how much are the reserves of these unmined deposits usable for the preparation of investment plans in the present, because geological survey and reserve calculations of these deposits were carried out in the period of the centrally controlled economy. Based on the analysis, two unmined deposits were selected: Dětmarovice deposit and Příbor – Východ deposit. At the Dětmarovice deposit there are reserves of coal seams of the Karvina Formation, at the Příbor - East Deposit there are reserves of coal seams of the Ostrava Formation. At the same time, working conditions for the utilization of reserves were prepared, which corresponded to the current mining-technical-economic conditions of coal mining in the Czech part of the Upper Silesian Basin. The reserves of both deposits were recalculated according to these working conditions. New reserves were compared with reserves based on older calculations. On the basis of the analyses, it was found that without recalculations according to the updated conditions of usability, the original reserves of unmined deposits cannot be used for current investment analyses.
