Webové rozhraní pro statistický software R

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvoření webové aplikace, která je zaměřena na tvorbu grafu prostřednictvím jazyka R a následně její nasazení. První část práce se zabývá jazykem R, především syntaxí vybraných grafů, které lze prostřednictvím jazyka vytvořit. Druhá část se věnuje grafům, které se používají v obvyklých i specifických situacích a kdy konkrétní typ použít. Následuje třetí část, která se věnuje porovnání s původní verzí systému. Následuje datová a funkční analýza a popis použitých technologií. Poslední část se zaměřuje na implementaci, ve které jsou popsány složitější části systému.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a web application that focuses on graph creation using the R language and then deploy it. The first part of the thesis deals with the R language, in particular the syntax of selected graphs that can be created using the language. The second part looks at graphs that are used in common and specific situations and when to use a particular type. This is followed by a third section that looks at comparisons with the original version of the system. This is followed by data and functional analysis and a description of the technologies used. The last section focuses on implementation, in which the more complex parts of the system are described.
