Bytový dům ve Starém Městě u Uherského Hradiště

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh a vypracování prováděcí dokumentace pro provedení stavby dle vyhlášky č. 405/2017 Sb. Jedná se o novostavbu třípodlažního bytového domu ve Starém Městě u Uherského Hradiště. V diplomové práci je také zahrnuto tepelně technické posouzení budovy a průkaz energetické náročnosti budovy dle ČSN 730540-2 (2011). Ve statické části je proveden výpočet a posouzení ramene železobetonového monolitického schodiště s návrhem výztuže.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design and development of implementation documentation for the execution of the building according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. This is a new construction of a three-story apartment building in the Old Town near Uherské Hradiště. The diploma thesis also includes a thermal technical assessment of the building and an energy label of the building envelope according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011). In the static part, the calculation and assessment of the arm of the reinforced concrete monolithic staircase with reinforcement design was carried out.
