Abstract

MATŮŠOVÁ, Zuzana. Zdravotechnické instalace v bytovém domě v obci Jedovnice. Ostrava, 2023. Diplomová práce, VŠB –Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta stavební, Katedra prostředí staveb a TZB. Předmětem řešení této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění novostavby bytového domu, které je rozděleno do několika částí. V první části je zpracována projektová dokumentace z hlediska pozemního stavitelství. Součástí projektu jsou technická zpráva a příslušné výkresy. Ve druhé části se diplomová práce zabývá stavební tepelnou technikou. Součástí této části je stanovení tepelně technických požadavků na stavební konstrukce a výpočet štítku obálky budovy. Třetí část se soustředí na projekt vnitřního vodovodu a vnitřní kanalizace. Tato část obsahuje výpočet bilance potřeby vody, výpočet bilance splaškových a dešťových vod, dimenzování rozvodů vnitřního vodovodu a vnitřní kanalizace a stanovení potřeby teplé vody. V této části je taktéž řešeno zpětné využívání šedých vod ke splachování toalet.

The subject of this thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for building contruction of a new residential building, which is divided into several parts. The first part of the thesis is dealing with building construction design of the house. The work included a technical report and relevant drawings. In the second part, the thesis deals with building thermal engineering. This part includes the determination of the thermal technical requirements for building structures and the calculation of the building envelope label. The third part concentrates on the design of the internal water supply and internal sewerage system. This part includes the calculation of the water demand balance, the calculation of the sewage and storm water balance, the dimensioning of the internal water supply and internal sewerage systems and the determination of the hot water demand. This section also addresses the recovery of grey water for toilet flushing.
