jejich účinnost a finanční návratnost. Detailně se zaměřuje na silné a slabé stránky existujících opatření a navrhuje možnosti jejich zlepšení. Dále upozorňuje na nové hrozby a zdůrazňuje důležitost podpory opatření, která, i přes nižší finanční návratnost, přinášejí sociální a ekologické benefity. | cs |
