Prevence kriminality v souvislosti s užíváním hexahydrokanabinolu (HHC)

Abstract

Předmětem mé bakalářské práce je analýza současného stavu užívání hexahydrokanabinolu (HHC), řešení rizik plynoucích z užívání této látky a jejich prevence. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na popis látky, její účinky a rizika spojená s užíváním, srovnání s tetrahydrokanabinolem (THC) a popis nejčastějších forem konzumace. V praktické části se zabývám analýzou a deskripcí stavu před zákazem HHC, při schválení zákazu a po zakázaní této látky na území České republiky a zkoumám postavení veřejnosti k HHC za pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Je také provedena analýza současného stavu prevence užívání HHC a kriminality s ním spojené a návrh jiných vhodných preventivních opatření.

The subject of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of the current state of hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) use, addressing the risks arising from the use of this substance and their prevention. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the description of the substance, its effects and risks associated with its use, comparison with tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and description of the most common forms of consumption. In the practical part, I analyse and describe the situation before the prohibition of HHC, during the approval of the prohibition and after the prohibition of this substance on the territory of the Czech Republic and I examine the public attitude towards HHC by means of a questionnaire survey. An analysis of the current state of prevention of HHC use and related crime and a proposal for other appropriate preventive measures is also made.
