Abstract

SKÁCEL, Michal. Bezpečnostní hrozby a rizika Evropské migrační krize: Bakalářská práce, Ostrava 2024. VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta bezpečnostního inženýrství. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá a řeší problematiku evropské migrační krize a jejích hrozeb a rizik. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak migrace ovlivňuje mezinárodní bezpečnost a bezpečnost zemí EU s dopady na Českou republiku. První, teoretická část, je obecný pohled na migraci, její historii, rozdělení a také na hrozby s ní spojené. Dále je v této části rozebrána migrační politika Evropské unie i České republiky, a také legislativa spojená s výše uvedeným tématem. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou a komparací statistických dat spojených s migrací. V rámci této práce byly ke komparaci vybrány tři státy Evropské unie u kterých se porovnávají zvolené trestné činy související s migrací. Závěr práce je zaměřen na zhodnocení výsledků vyplývajících z praktické části.

This bachelor's thesis deals with and solves the issue of the European migration crisis and its threats and risks. The aim of the work is assess how migration affects international security and security of EU countries with impacts on the Czech Republic. The first, theoretical part, is focused on the general view of migration, its history, typology and threats associated with it. In addition, this part also deals with the migration policy of the European Union and the Czech Republic as well as legislation related to the above topics. The second part deals with the analysis and comparison of statistical data related to migration. In the framework of this work were selected three states of European Union for comparison of selected crimes related to migration. The conclusion of this work is focused on the evaluation of the results based on the practical part.
