Abstract

Vedoucí práce doc. Mgr. Ing. Radomír Ščurek, Ph.D. Cíl bakalářské práce spočívá v identifikaci a hodnocení skutečného vlivu kratomu na mládež v oblasti města Ostravy. Součástí bude rovněž seznámení s právním a normativním rámcem, který v současné době ovlivňuje tuto látku a možné budoucí omezení prodeje, zahrnující aktuální regulační opatření a restrikce během období průběhu výzkumu. Tato práce dále zkoumá původ a historii kratomu, jeho vliv na funkčnost mentální a emocionální sféry, vedlejší účinky a procesy závislosti. V návaznosti na formulované hypotézy bude provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které poslouží k analýze užívání látky mládeží v Ostravě. V této práci bude také zkoumán vývoj regulačních opatření a restrikcí.

Thesis supervisor doc. Mgr. Ing. Radomír Ščurek, Ph.D. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to identify and evaluate the real effect of kratom on youth in the area of the city of Ostrava. It will also include familiarization with the legal and regulatory framework that currently affects this substance and possible future sales restrictions, including current regulatory measures and restrictions during the research period. This work further examines the origin and history of kratom, its effect on the functionality of the mental and emotional sphere, side effects and addiction processes. Following the formulated hypotheses, a questionnaire survey will be carried out, which will serve to analyze the use of this substance among the youth in Ostrava. This work will also examine the development of regulatory measures and restrictions.
