Abstract

Katedra bezpečnostních služeb. Vedoucí práce Ing. Stanislav Lichorobiec, Ph.D. Diplomová práce se zabývá studii vnímání pocitů bezpečí obyvatel města Hranice. Teoretická část je věnována základní terminologii v oblasti kriminality a prevence kriminality. V praktické části se diplomová práce zabývá základním popisem města Hranice. Vnímání pocitů bezpečí obyvatel města bylo zjištěno pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dále jsou zde uvedeny rozhovory s orgány města, městskou policií a státní policií České republiky. V praktické části byl využit Ishikawův diagram, analýza selhání a jejich dopadů a metoda CARVER. Na základě výsledků z analýz jsou navrhnuty možné bezpečnostní opatření pro zvýšení pocitů bezpečí obyvatel města Hranice.

Stanislav Lichorobiec Ph.D. The diploma thesis deals with the study of the perception of the feeling of safety of the inhabitants of the town of Hranice. The theoretical part is devoted to basic terminology in the field of crime and crime prevention. In the practical part, the diploma thesis deals with the basic desription of the city of Hranice. The perception of the city´s residents´feelings of safety was determined using a questionnaire survey. Interviews with city autorities and the city police and the state police of the Czech Republic are also presented here. In the practical part were used Ishikawa diagram, the analysis of failures and their effects and the CARVER method. Based of the results of the analysis, possible security measures are proposed to increase the sense of security of the residents of the town of Hranice.
