Mimoškolní práce s dětmi a mládeží v hasičských sborech

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá prací s mládeží v hasičských sborech. Nejprve je v práci popsána historie práce s dětmi a mládeží v SDH a další část práce je věnována současné práci s mládeží v hasičských sborech a v jednotkách těchto sborů. V práci jsou následně popsány jednotlivé systémy práce s mládeží v SDH vybraných zahraničních států. Kromě dotazníkových šetření určených pro vedoucí mládeže a členy jednotek SDH, je součástí bakalářské práce taktéž vyhodnocení náplně práce s dětmi a mládeží u hasičských sborů.

The bachelor thesis deals with work with youth in fire brigades. First, the history of work with children and youth in fire brigades is described. The next part of the thesis is devoted to the current work with youth in fire brigades and in the units of these brigades. The thesis then describes different systems of work with youth in volunteer fire brigades of selected foreign countries. In addition to the questionnaire surveys for youth leaders and members of volunteer fire brigades, the bachelor thesis also includes an evaluation of the work with children and youth in fire brigades.
