Zhodnocení rizikových faktorů pracovního prostředí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením rizikových faktorů pracovního prostředí ve vybrané společnosti. V první části práce jsou představeny nejen základní informace, ale také legislativa, která určuje hlavní rámec pro bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. V dalších bodech se práce věnuje kategorizaci práce, ve kterých je popsáno všech třináct rizikových faktorů. Následně jsou řešeny a charakterizovány hlavní metody posuzování rizik pracovního prostředí. V posledních částech se práce věnuje primárně praktickým informacím, které byly zjištěny ve vybrané společnosti. Na základě těchto informací je sestaven návrh na zařazení do kategorií a následný návrh opatření, což by mělo podpořit a zlepšit bezpečnost na vybraném pracovišti.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of risk factors in the working environment of a selected company. The first part of the thesis presents not only the basic information but also the legislation that sets the main framework for safety and health protection at work. In further sections, the thesis addresses the categorization of work, where all thirteen risk factors are described. Subsequently, the main methods of assessing the risks of the working environment are discussed and described. In the last parts, the thesis primarily focuses on the practical information that was obtained in the selected company. Based on this information, a proposal is made for classification into categories and a subsequent proposal for measures, which should support and improve the safety at the selected workplace.
