Připravenost obyvatelstva obce Brušperk na mimořádnou událost

Abstract

Připravenost menších obcí na mimořádnou událost je obecně málo řešená problematika. Právě na tuto problematiku je bakalářská práce zaměřena. Práce je logicky rozdělena do dvou částí. Úvodní část obsahuje relevantní informace o vybrané obci. Stejně tak je zde analýza nejzávažnějších rizik, kterými je obec Brušperk ohrožována. Druhá část práce poté obsahuje zhodnocení provedené analýzy a úrovně připravenosti občanů na možný vznik mimořádné události. Tato část práce také obsahuje navrhovaná opatření, které lze využít při zvládání těchto událostí či pro úplnou eliminaci jejich případného vzniku.

The preparedness of smaller municipalities for an extraordinary event is generally a poorly addressed issue. And i tis precisely this issue that I am dealing with in this work. The introductory part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical part, which contains relevant information about the municipality. There is also an analysis of the most serious risks that threaten the village of Brušperk. The second part of the work then contains an evaluation of the performer analysis and the level of preparedness of citizens for the possible emergence of an extraordinary event. This part of the work also contains my proposed measures that should help in managing these events or for complete elimination of their possible occurrence.
