Současná informovanost a připravenost obyvatelstva na mimořádné události

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je informovanost a připravenost obyvatelstva na mimořádné události v České republice s důrazem na Liberecký kraj. Cílem práce je zmapovat informovanost obyvatelstva v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva a chování při mimořádných událostech, zhodnotit jejich připravenost na mimořádné události a analyzovat dostupnost a kvalitu informačních materiálů v této oblasti. Zmapování informovanosti a připravenosti obyvatelstva na mimořádné události bylo provedeno formou dotazníkového šetření. Byly formulovány tři hypotézy. Výsledky byly sestaveny do grafů. Dále byla provedena SWOT analýza dostupnosti informačních materiálů. SWOT analýza identifikovala několik silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb. Výsledky byly sestaveny do matice. Výsledky práce ukazují, že informovanost obyvatelstva v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva není optimální. Dotazníkové šetření odhalilo nedostatky v povědomí občanů o postupech při krizových situacích. SWOT analýza odhalila některé slabiny v dostupnosti informačních materiálů. Zároveň ale poukázala i na příležitosti v oblasti informačních materiálů o ochraně obyvatelstva. V závěru práce jsou formulována doporučení pro zlepšení současné situace v informovanosti a připravenosti obyvatelstva na mimořádné události. Tato doporučení by mohla vést k efektivnější ochraně obyvatelstva a zvýšení celkové připravenosti na mimořádné události nejen v Libereckém kraji, ale potenciálně i v celé České republice.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is the awareness and preparedness of the population for extraordinary events in the Czech Republic with emphasis on the Liberec Region. The aim of the thesis is to map the awareness of the population in the field of civil protection and behaviour during extraordinary events, to evaluate their preparedness for emergencies and to analyse the availability and quality of information materials in this field. The mapping of the population's awareness and preparedness for extraordinary events was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey. Three hypotheses were formulated. The results were compiled into graphs. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis of the availability of information materials was carried out. The SWOT analysis identified several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results were compiled into a matrix. The results of the work show that the awareness of the population in the field of civil protection is not optimal. The questionnaire survey revealed gaps in citizens' awareness of emergency procedures. SWOT analysis revealed some weaknesses in the availability of information materials. However, it also highlighted opportunities in the area of information materials on civil protection. The thesis concludes with recommendations for improving the current situation in information and preparedness of the population for emergencies. These recommendations could lead to a more effective protection of the population and an increase in the overall emergency preparedness not only in the Liberec Region, but potentially in the whole Czech Republic.
