Postup příslušníků Policie ČR při ohrožení osob v rámci domácího násilí

Abstract

Rodina je místo, kde by měl člověk nalézt lásku a pocit bezpečí. Zároveň by rodina měla být místem, kde se členové navzájem podporují v dobrých i horších časech. Ne vždy má rodina tyto pozitivní vlastnosti. V dnešní době je okolo nás spoustu násilí. Bohužel toto násilí může mít také formu domácího násilí. Domácí násilí je pro ohrožené osoby značným problémem, protože se často odehrává mezi lidmi, které mají rády, a je složité pro ně odejít. Domácí násilí má také velmi negativní dopad na fyzické zdraví a psychiku člověka. Ohrožené osoby mohou policisté chránit v podobě institutu vykázání. Pokud je policista osobou, která může ohrožené osobě pomoct, ale tento problém bude z jakéhokoliv důvodu přehlížet, může se také stát, že si ohrožená osoba řekne, že jí už nikdo nepomůže a s násilnou osobou žije po celý zbytek života. Z tohoto důvodu může být policista v rámci domácího násilí velmi důležitým faktorem.

Domestic violence has also a very negative impact on a person's physical and mental health . Police officers can protect those at risk through the institution of eviction. If a police officer is the person who can help the person at risk, but ignores the problem for whatever reason, it may also happen that the person at risk says that no one can help them and lives with the violent person for the rest of their life. For this reason, the police officer can be a very important factor in domestic violence situations.
