Řízení bezpečnosti davu na velkoplošných akcích

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je řízení bezpečnosti davu na velkoplošných akcích. V úvodní pasáži teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se této problematiky a rozdělení velkoplošných akcí na základě několika různých kritérií. Hlavní část práce se zabývá identifikací bezpečnostních hrozeb na velkoplošných akcích, jejich popisem a současnými opatřeními. Práce dále zkoumá psychologii a chování davu při hromadných událostech, definování crowd safety managementu a jeho aplikace na velkoplošných akcích. Praktická část práce se věnuje bezpečnostnímu plánu vybrané velkoplošné akce, analýze rizik a následně provedení komparační kazuistiky s dalšími akcemi.

This bachelor thesis deals with crowd safety managament at large-scale events. The introductory passage of the theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to this issue and the classification of large-scale events based on several different criteria. The main part of the thesis deals with the identification of safety threats at large-scale events, their description and current measures. The thesis also discusses the psychology and behaviour of crowd at mass events, defining crowd safety management and its application to large-scale events. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the safety plan of a selected large-scale event, risk analysis and then conducting a comparative case study with other events.
