Paměťová implementace datové struktury UB-strom

Abstract

V této diplomové práci je popsána implementace paměťově orientovaného UB-stromu. Součástí práce je popis B-stromů a jeho speciálních případů a úprav, mezi které patří B+ strom, rozsahový B+ strom a především UB-strom. Společně s popisem principů a operací UB-stromu jsou popsány z-křivky a z-adresy, které jsou klíčovým konceptem k pochopení UB-stromu. V implementační části práce jsou uvedeny popisy implementací rozsahového B+ stromu a UB-stromu. Jelikož UB-strom z implementace rozsahového B+ stromu přímo vychází, jsou popsány provedené úpravy a rozdíly těchto dvou implementací. V implementační části jsou obsaženy také rozbory elementárních algoritmů pro práci se z-křivkou a z-adresami.

This diploma will describe my implementation of memory oriented UB-tree. This work includes description of B-tree, special cases and customisations of B-tree. These include B+ tree and range B+ tree, from which UB-tree is derived. Z-curves and z-addresses, which are key concept for grasping UB-tree, are analysed along with description of principles and operations of UB-tree. Implementation part of diploma features descriptions and comparisons of range B+ tree and UB-tree implementations. It also features detailed description of elementary algorithms for manipulation with z-curve and z-addresses.
