Možnosti využití plánovaného experimentu pro rozpínací sílu nýtovacího knoflíku

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá procesem možnosti využití plánovaného experimentu pro rozpínací sílu nýtovacího knoflíku. Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují rozpínací sílu nýtovacího knoflíku. V teoretické části je popsán proces výroby nýtovacího knoflíku včetně samotného zkoušení, podstata zlepšování a teoretický rozbor pro aplikaci metody plánovaného experimentu. V praktické části je uveden samotný experiment zaměřený na proces zlepšení rozpínací síly nýtovacího knoflíku.

The present thesis deals with the process of the possibility of using a planned experiment for the rivet button expansion force. The aim of this thesis is to identify the factors that affect the expansion force of a rivet button. The theoretical part describes the manufacturing process of the rivet button including the actual testing, the essence of improvement and the theoretical analysis for the application of the planned experiment method. In the practical part, the actual experiment focusing on the improvement process of the rivet button expansion force is presented.
