Regulační stanice plynu

Abstract

Regulační stanice plynu jsou zařízení, která slouží ke správné regulaci tlaku plynu a ochraně proti jeho nepřípustným hodnotám. S ohledem na rozšiřující se plynovodní síť a využívání plynu v průmyslu i domácnostech patří k neoddělitelné součásti komplementu. V diplomové práci je podrobně rozveden popis regulační stanice, její jednotlivé součásti, funkce regulační stanice, jako celku. Dále jsou v základu podle TPG norem definované typy regulačních stanic, které se v praxi využívají. Jedná se o přehled normovaných regulačních stanic, které se ale v konečné realizaci vždy upravují dle požadavků zadavatele zakázky. Praktická část diplomové práce vznikla ve spolupráci s firmou TECHKO, spol. s.r.o., která je dodavatelem technologických zařízení pro plynárenský průmysl a výstupem praktické části je výpočet předehřevu proudícího plynu před jeho regulací za pomocí teplovodního výměníku regulační stanice dle zadaných funkčních kritérií.

Gas regulation stations are devices which are used for correct gas pressure regulation and protection against its unacceptable values. Due to expanding gas network and usage off gas in the industry and households, it is inseparable part of complement. This thesis describes the principle of gas regulation station, its individuals components and function of regulation station as a whole. Furthermore are described the types of regulation stations, which are used in practise and which are described according to TPG standards. It is an overview of gas regulation stations, which however, are always modified in the final implementation according to the investor´s requirements. The practical part of this thesis was created in cooperation with the company TECHKO, spol. s.r.o., which is the supplier of technological armatures for the gas infrastructure and the output of the practical part is the calculation of preheating of the flowing gas before its own regulation using heat exchanger of the regulation station according to the specified functional criteria.
