dc.description.abstract | Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je odprezentovanie tvorby a využitia BIM modelu častí rodinného domu (ASŘ a TZB) počas niektorých fáz životného cyklu stavby s dôrazom na informačnú hodnotu v oblasti facility managementu. Teoretická časť poskytuje potrebný základ pre pochopenie súvislostí medzi facility managementom, jeho postupmi, požiadavkami na informácie a BIM problematikou. Práca sa zaoberá doplňovaním informácií podľa vopred stanovenej štruktúry a požiadaviek spoločne s procesom handover pomocou využitia informačného managementu v súčinnosti s CDE systémami Trimble Connect a Dalux. Výsledný model je importovaný do CAFM systému Urbido, kde je vyobrazená jeho funkcionalita. | cs |
dc.description.abstract | The subject of this diploma thesis is the presentation of the creation and utilization of a BIM model for a family house across various phases of the construction life cycle, with a focus on its informational value in facility management. The theoretical segment establishes the essential foundation for comprehending the interrelations between facility management, its informational necessities and procedures, and BIM-related issues. The thesis demonstrates the integration of information based on a predetermined structure and requirement during the handover process, employing information management alongside the Trimble Connect and Dalux CDE systems. The resultant model is subsequently imported into the Urbido CAFM system, showcasing its functionality. | en |
