Optimalizace a zhodnocení informačního systému ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá optimalizací a zhodnocením informačního systému ve vybraném strojírenském podniku. Cílem bakalářské práce je zanalyzovat současný stav řízení zakázek, zjistit jeho nedostatky a následně navrhnout vhodné ideální možnosti optimalizace. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou vybrané problematiky. Praktická část začíná představením podniku a dále následuje analýza současného stavu informačního systému v podniku, na základě které je provedena identifikace nedostatků a návrh a provedení řešení. Dále je provedena implementace a celkové zhodnocení přínosu pro podnik.

The bachelor thesis focuses on optimization and evaluation of the information system in a selected engineering company. The main goal of this thesis is an analysis of the current state of the contract management, the location of deficiencies and subconsequently propose suitable ideal optimization options. The theoretical part deals with the general characteristics of the selected issue. The practical part begins with the introduction of the company and is followed by an analysis of the current state of the information system in the company, on the basis of which deficiencies are identified and solutions are proposed and implemented. Furthermore, the implementation and overall evaluation of the benefit for the company is carried out.
